This Privacy Policy explains how PropG (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the PropG mobile application (the “App”). PropG is a real estate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool designed specifically for real estate agents.

1. Who We Are

PropG is operated by PropG Tech. The App is distributed via the Google Play Store and is intended primarily for real estate agents operating in India.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, you provide:

• Identity & Contact Data: First name, last name, email address, and mobile number.
• Professional Data: Company name (optional), RERA agent registration number (optional), city of operation, and average monthly deals booked.
• Account Credentials: A password (stored as a salted hash by our authentication provider, never in plain text).
• Verification Data: A one-time password (OTP) sent to your email during signup.

2.2 Information You Upload About Third Parties (Your Customers)

As a CRM, you upload information about your customers and prospective buyers, which may include:

• Customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Property Preferences: Budget ranges, location preferences, BHK type, and possession requirements.
• Personal notes regarding each customer.

Note:You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis (such as informed consent under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) to upload third-party personal information. We act as a data processor on your behalf for this information.

2.3 Property Data

You may upload listings including project name, location, price, amenities, and possession status. This data is stored against your account.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically

The App does not currently collect:

• Device location, contacts, calendar, or photos.
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID).
• Analytics events or crash reports (e.g., Firebase, Sentry, or PostHog).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate and secure your account.
• Provide core CRM features (storing properties, customers, and favorites).
• Provide AI-assisted search and matching features.
• Communicate service updates and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information or use your data for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Anthropic Notice: Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models by default. If you do not want customer data sent to Anthropic, do not use the AI chatbot feature for those specific queries.

5. Data Protection & Security

• Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
• Isolation: Supabase Row-Level Security ensures each agent can only access their own records.
• Access Control: Access to production systems is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: We keep your data as long as your account is active.
• Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time by emailing admin.propg@gmail.com.
• Timeline: Data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request, unless retention is legally required.

7. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access and correct your personal information.
• Delete your information (“Right to be forgotten”).
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside India, including the United States, where our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Anthropic) operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses to ensure data safety.
